West Palm Community Park

MTI provided program management and cost estimating services for the 12-acre $5 million park, which included a gateway plaza, multi-use fitness/walking trail, splash pad, playground and shade structure, 4 basketball courts, 2 soccer fields, multiple pavilions, exercise stations, restrooms, storage, grills and picnic tables, monument signage, landscaping, parking lots and overflow parking.
