Marc Taylor Inc. provided pre-construction services for the $256 million improvement projects for the Stadium, including the demolition and rebuilding of all existing public concourse levels, restroom facilities, concessions, access and egress components and other public amenities, including lower bowl seating improvements. MTI also provided pre-construction services for the development of new club/premium-seating facilities, modification of existing upper-deck, tenant improvement upgrades to existing press box Lower bowl seating replacement, new scoreboard and sound system, new central kitchen, new student seating section, student club at south end of stadium, implementation of minimal fixed shading components, new exterior improvements; and new exterior events plaza.
