Marc Taylor Inc. provided cost estimating services on the Knudsen Corporate Center located at Deer Valley Airport, a 60,000 sf corporate office/jet space valued at $5.5 million. The project included aircraft hangars divided into six condominiums, with a state-of-the-art fuel system and space to accommodate business jets. The certified green project included a two-story mezzanine for offices, conference rooms, restroom space, and large bays constructed to allow for various types and sizes of commercial jets.
