Aletta Truck Stop

Location: Aletta, North Dakota

Marc Taylor Inc. provided master planning services for a new community development located on a 320-acre parcel in the Bakken Oil Fields. The $350 million project had no existing infrastructure and required a 30 megawatt substation with satellite; a 500 space truck stop with fuel station; 3 – 200 key hotels; 3 – 478 room extended stay apartments; 160 acre residential community; C-Store with showers; retail, warehouse and office complexes; restaurants and fast food; gymnasium, supermarket, and health care facilities along with a variety of additional amenities.
