El Mirage City Hall

Location: El Mirage, Arizona

Marc Taylor Inc. provided preconstruction services for the 25,000 sf two-story building. The $7.6 million building houses Administration, City Council Chambers, Development & Community Services, Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, Emergency Operations, and support areas. Exterior elements included a parking structure, central courtyard and the City of El Mirage Veteran’s Memorial.
