Estrella Mountain Community College Performing Arts Center
Location: Avondale, Arizona
Marc Taylor Inc. provided preconstruction cost estimating and reconciliation services on the new 25,000 sf performing arts center. The new $9.6 million multi-use facilities included specialized learning spaces to accommodate growth in various instructional divisions, a 300 seat auditorium, stage and orchestra pit, a black box theatre, technology classroom and dance studio. Additional supporting spaces included green room/rehearsal space, costume shop, scene shop, dressing rooms/restrooms, audio control room, lobby and box office, and mechanical and electrical rooms.
