Madera County Courthouse

Location: Madera, California

Marc Taylor Inc. was contracted to manage this project which included a 115,400 sf downtown court tower, 10 courtrooms, holding areas, underground parking garages, office, court chamber and other court functions. The project included preconstruction and estimating services for complex interior and exterior architecture with advanced security, audiovisual and access control requirements. The number was guaranteed at the schematic design phase. Received LEED® Silver certification.
