Marc Taylor Inc. provided preconstruction services for the demolition of the existing observation tower, offices, ammunition storage, target, and tool buildings along with utility vehicle parking areas for the Mesa Police Department, and subsequent improvements. Improvements included the construction of a 4,900 sf consolidated building, secure garage structure, closed-circuit TV cameras, and site monitoring equipment.
