Mesa Public Schools Transportation Facility
Location: Mesa, Arizona
MTI provided preconstruction services for the $13.1 million upgrade and renovation of 3 separate sites used by the transportation department with new building area totaling 46,392 sf. Site upgrades included: bus wash system, existing office, drivers’ lounge, restroom areas, vehicle maintenance building and additional parking spaces.
