Marc Taylor Inc. provided a risk and deficiency checklist for the owner, architect, and contractor of the $16 million Able Engineering Facility located at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. The project included both the construction of a 191,000 sf facility built on a 13-acre industrial site near the airport’s South end and an overhaul of the production facility hangar.
