Marc Taylor Inc. completed preconstruction services for the $84 million PHX Terminal 4 Parking Garage Expansion, a complex project in terms of safety and phasing. The project included the vertical expansion over existing parking garage at the main terminal. MTI also provided change order analysis on multiple change orders during construction.
