Scottsdale Stadium: San Francisco Giants Spring Training Facility

As the Director of Preconstruction and Chief Estimator, Marc Taylor oversaw cost estimating, value engineering and bid ability reviews from concept through GM on this $26 million improvement project. This project required phased logistic planning, retrofitting, structural upgrades and an accelerated bid schedule for a difficult phased construction. The project also included multiple sites, underground tunnel work, new clubhouses, major league practice fields, renovations and other miscellaneous upgrades.
