Marc Taylor Inc. provided preconstruction services for the Carl T. Hayden VA new 41,000 sf Mental Health Facility valued at $8.6 million. The facility development included 24-hour monitoring, 11 patient beds, clinical staff space, cafe, exam rooms and office areas. The project required complete special systems (such as security, nurse call, and code blue) as well as asbestos abatement, difficult system tie-ins, and relocations with sustainable construction requirements.
