Gateway Community College

Marc Taylor Inc. provided preconstruction services for the College’s Integrated Education Building, a 120,000 sf facility combining five separate programs, traditionally built as standalone structures, into one. The project included the integration of much needed mediated classrooms with life and physical science labs, a library/learning center, one-stop shop for student services, and a multi-purpose classroom for performing arts. The $53 million Building received LEED® Silver Certification from the USGBC.
