Goodyear Sports Complex: Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds Spring Training Complex

Marc Taylor Inc. provided preconstruction and construction management services for numerous improvement projects for the Indians and Reds facility. MTI worked on 10 different vertical expansion and renovation options to the existing facility valued at $5 million, including the coaches and family waiting area, equipment room, kitchen, dining room, media additions, administration area, office area addition, multipurpose room addition, and coaches’ locker room. Marc then provided cost estimating, value engineering, bid packaging, bid-ability and constructability reviews GMP on the $52 million new spring training facility which included a 38,000 sf clubhouse, major league practice fields, new 10,000 seat ballpark, retail areas, suites, elevated party decks and infrastructure.
