Surprise Sports Complex: Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers Spring Training Facility
Location: Surprise, Arizona
Marc Taylor Inc. provided design phase management, program management, construction management and owner’s representation on this $15 million stadium improvement project which included both new and renovated areas. The project included improvements to Major and Minor League clubhouses, installation of 8 new hydrotherapy pits, and a full-service cooking kitchen.
